A web site physically resides on a server when we are done with its development.
Who will own the work when the project is complete?
When the project is done and all parties are satified you the client will own all graphic files except source files which can be made available.
Who will maintain / update the site once it is completed?
You will. Unless you sign a maintainence agreement with us. Our rates are very reasonable.
